Lovely ship and cabin although the pool is very, very small and not fit to swim in-very disappointing. Good gym. Room service excellent. Breakfast cereal like a children's choice so unhealthy. The lunch I liked was chicken nearly every day, disappointed not much fish choices. Dinner was excellent with plenty of choices and lovely food. Steaks were always cooked to precision.
Some staff were on their mobile phones too much and were so embroiled in them they ignored Sailors. Some also talked to each other ignoring sailors!
Entertainment good-always something going on and lots of quizzes. Very good cruise and would recommend as no children!

The driver was over 20 minutes late. I had to phone up to see if they were coming and it was difficult to hear. When he phoned back they did not even know which terminal we were at. I will not use them again!
