I went to buy the chiller and sauna through PayPal after going through paypals website it took me back to there website to pay and it took it from my main account so I emailed them stright away to refund me so I could make the payment through paypal as there's no live chat or contact number they got back to me after 3 4 hours saying just confirm you wish to refund I said yes the next day its sent out and have a tracking this was the email
