I used lawfully to get notifications on changes in my cases but I ended up receiving emails from USCIS first. I had to refresh the app in order to notifications to show up.

We’re sorry to hear that the notifications were not accurate or on time. Please know that Lawfully displays case updates as soon as they are made publicly available by USCIS. If there’s any delay, it’s often due to how and when USCIS releases the update, not the app itself.
