This was my first order with this company and I’m very pleased at the quick response from the team about my custom measurements. Their size guide is good but the “custom” option is what I really liked. They sent me their suggested measurements based on the ones I gave them. I agreed & disagreed with some of them but they respected my choice and what I wanted. The video on getting the correct measurements was also quite helpful. They transparent about the style I chose and how it should look and why they suggested bigger/longer measurements, which I really appreciated.
