The doctors and customer service are very compassion about listening to the patients and addressing any concerns one may have, but also they care about making sure the customer is satisfied.
I had an issue I wanted to address and the doctor was very compassionate and listened intently. She was great at communicating and work to resolve my issue pretty quickly.
The physician made sure that I was satisfied and asked if I had any more questions or concerns.
