More Energy, Better Focus, and Deeper Sleep
I’ve never had a great relationship with sleep. Falling asleep was a battle, I’d go to bed earlier with good intentions, but end up staring at the ceiling, overthinking, or end up reaching for my phone. Downscrolling until my eyes were to tired. waking up during the night and unable to get back to sleep. Waking up was even harder, and most mornings I felt drained before the day even started. I knew I needed rest, but my mind just wouldn’t switch off.
With Clearminds, I noticed a shift. It wasn’t an overnight miracle, but little by little, my nights started to feel calmer. I found it easier to settle down without the usual racing thoughts, and I began drifting off quicker. My sleep felt deeper, and I wasn’t waking up as restless.
