Each user case contains of 10 000 numbers, when you open a case you draw 1 number out of those 10 000 numbers.
Numbers 1-6900 corresponds to AK-47 skin, while numbers 6901-10000 corresponds to Galil skin.
That is how it works. You should not spread misinformation and criticize the website if you do not know how it works.
