Dodged a bullet
As a small business, who was just a few clicks away from signing up to Aircall’s 1 year plan I’m glad I didn’t. While I have used their 7 day trial before and honestly liked some of the features even though it had its flaws, I could still see the benefits of Aircall.
Fortunately, I decided to read some reviews about them before finally committing and I’m so glad I did. Judging from the constant call-out of Aircall’s unreasonable charge practices and difficult to cancel contract, it is clear that this company has zero care for its customers and only intend to have your business trapped while making it extremely frustrating and costly to get out. The thought that I could have been one of their victims makes me sick in my stomach and I feel so bad for those who were unlucky to trust Aircall.
Businesses like this deserve to be treated with disgust and shame on you Aircall
