I've being buying form Super self for the past few years. Their products are amazing. Had great results from the biotin and multivitamins. The biotin especially made a difference to my nails as they don't split anymore.
Review of The Health and Fitness Institute
The communication is absolutely aweful. There hasn't been a response whether by email or through the portal for the last 3 weeks. And the phones lines are all cut off, so we can't even communitcate that way.
They were great with the sign on process but then it tanked. It's been very stressful as I need this to try and get my life on track, and the lack of response is very fustrating.
I only have 5 things left that need to be graded which in a way makes it worst. I am signed up for another course with them as I bought the bundle but I don't want to do that now as this has just been abismal.
