Worst experience. This is my first time writing a review and I am 45 years old. This company is the worst. I purchased 8 patio chairs in the morning and cancelled them less than 24 hours. They claimed they shipped the product and could not do a return without charging 20% restocking fee on a $2,000 order! After complaining they said they would waive the fee. Then 2 months go by and no return. After 2.5 months they credited my account but with a $200 fee. Crazy that I had to pay $200 and wait 2.5 months for a credit for cancelling an order within 24 hours.
