They denied my $10k Funded account, because of my KYC failed and they never allow me to Funded stage again according to their hidden Terms & Conditions

We are sorry you had trouble passing KYC, but this is not under our control and we do not fail your KYC. KYC and AML can only be failed by you in not providing the correct documentation they ask you to provide. You are failed due to many reasons:
Forged documents
PEP Politically Compromised
Criminal activity involving fraud
POA does not include your address or name
ID was not an approved document
POA was not an approved document
Expired documents more than 3 months old for POA
Using editing software on your documents
When Sumsub asks you to submit a different document and you submit the same one multiple times.
