Accredo sent EXPRESS SCRIPTS to contact me for a medication delivery. They called me, have NO record of me, and couldn’t tell me why they called. I figured out their relation to Accredo. It took a lot of time and frustration to speak with the 4 different representatives to get my medication scheduled for delivery. I asked the rep to write in my file not to allow express scripts (whoever they are) to contact me again. The rep wrote that I was “annoyed” by their call. It’s much more than being annoyed by incompetence; it’s not knowing if my prescription will be filled and delivered and by whom. The rep agreed to rewrite her note. Hopefully they will deliver the correct medication, timely to my physician.
