I was a little skeptical at first because of the process but it was all worth it at the end. Communication was great and I had the pleasure of working with Mike, who kept an open line of communication from departure to arrival. I had an issue with my ticket with Frontier who were determined to convince it was a scam but once I switched with Southwest there were no more issues. Thank you Flynfare for a great experience.
