I received my first order today(i ordered on friday) and was a little confused so I went to chat online.. within 5 minutes I had a phone call off 'Ray'. He answered all my questions and reassured me over anything I was worried about. He told me about the group chat and the glp community that's been created and joined me straight away.(I received a very warm welcome from everyone in the group). Ray also asked for feedback on the packaging etc.. which showed they're interested in what they're customers think. Packaging was perfect and came with everything you need.
