Order not received
I have been waiting for the ordered goods for 47 days, although I paid the money on the day of the order. I still have not received the goods to this day. No one answers my emails, does not provide any information about my order. Complete disappointment.

Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain the export permit required to ship your order. The card authorization expired some weeks ago, so no charge was made to your card in the end. We apologize for the inconvenience.
