Honestly I was sceptical because I'd never heard of Gomibo before but they were much cheaper than my local stores so I took the chance and I was so glad I did. The phone arrived in 5 working days in perfect condition. Secure and reliable payment process - you can use paypal. I've been using the phone a while now and it's amazing. No issues whatsoever. It's sim-free of course so my Tesco mobile SIM works in it. The phone was well packaged with air packets to keep it secure. I had no reason to contact customer support so I can't say what their response would be like.
I chose An Post to deliver my package because I've seen quite a few bad reviews about UPS so I would recommend doing the same.
