Great product . Lightweight . Works just as described. Have tracked our cat’s movements and discovered his territory since buying a collar in May this year .
Really impressed with the customer service after our cat managed to lose its collar (after 4 months of constant wear apart from charging ) . Retrieving and tracking it was made much easier with help via their support service . Used the mobile station and radio tracking to find the collar with email help from James including tips and detailed satellite map of the location to search . The collar itself activates a light and sound to help retrieve it when lost .
