I need a REFUND
Despite repeated follow-ups, I have yet to receive the second item from my order. Your responses so far have been vague and unhelpful, repeatedly claiming that the item is "being processed" or "prioritized for packing" without providing any concrete updates or timelines.
This level of service is completely unacceptable.
I am no longer willing to wait indefinitely for this item that has not even been dispatched. I am now demanding a full refund for the missing product.
