I received a gel injection in my knee a year ago. When I first spoke to customer service I asked 3 times what the out of pocket cost was going to be for me, 3 times the representative stated to me “zero it’s covered. I received a bill for almost $1,500. For almost a year I’ve been on the phone with them trying to get them to bill my secondary insurance to no avail. Each month it’s a different excuse as to why it hasn’t been done. I even disputed the bill and asked for them to open an investigation by pulling the original call, the y pulled on part of the call where I stated ok to the rep to an unrelated question. Not sure if this pharmacy is a scam or the employees are incompetent but there’s certainly some shady shit going on
