Hallstatt half day tour isn’t for everyone
The Hallstatt tour was pleasant with a comfortable bus ride and kind tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the scenery and sights along the way.
Unfortunately, the town of Hallstatt didn’t feel welcoming for tourists which is no fault of Panorama, but it affected our experience. We were surprised that there are not free public restrooms and very few places to sit and enjoy the scenery. Many restaurants were closed and it was a long walk to the town center, which some of us couldn’t do since we had a senior citizen with us. This tour is not for older people.
All in all, we are glad we took this tour to see such a beautiful place. It’s just not for the youngsters or older folks.
