Refusing to refund me

If there were zero stars I would. Do not purchase from this company if there is any chance you might want to return the items. I spent £50 on a couple items. I was disappointed with the fabric (all plastic blends that are not worth the money) so I wanted to return. I contact live support and confirmed I wanted a return. They said the instructions would be emailed to me. After a few days and having received nothing, I reached out again. Same thing... "Check your emails over the next day or two". Still nothing. Back to live chat I go. This time they try to email me while I am on live chat... Nothing. I give them another email... Nothing. They say the are escalating the matter and then stop responding on live chat. So I email their customer support with screenshots of the chat and yet another request for the return instructions to be sent to me. They respond to my email saying they have emailed me.... No they haven't. I am receiving all emails from Halara HQ EXCEPT the return instructions. I fully believe they are doing this to make people just give up and keep the items. Especially seeing as the option they originally tried to get me to agree to was to keep the items and get refunded HALF the value. This is shady as and they need to get their act together. I just want to return an online purchase ...

Update:
The option given is for me to return, tracked deliver, at my own cost. I just can't understand why you can't email me the return instructions. my concern is that after all the issues I'm having, the return will not be accepted as it is not being done in accordance with halaras return policy. Again... Received the email offering for me to send back at my own costs so why can't I receive the return instructions...?
