These people are thieves. They are running a scam and taking unauthorised sums of money off of credit cards. I am about to sue this company . Avoid them at all cost. These are criminals. Tell everyone to keep away from them and use any and all legal means to put them out of business!

I asked this company to come to repair two leaks in my house. They did not turn up on the date promised causing me not just loss of earnings but huge inconvenience. When their engineer came the following day, he did absolutely nothing except aggressively quoting insane inflated prices for the suggested repair and then after leaving overcharged my credit card without any authorisation. He effectively stole my money. I shall never use this company again and would want to warn everyone else. The engineer lied to my face and told me that his manager would call me, the following day (I called to complain about him overcharging me and he kept lying) needless to say no one called me. I wrote to the CEO and called their customer service, several times, no one replied until I finally spoke to someone who sent me from pillar to post. Appalling , greedy, unethical horrible rip off company. Please avoid them.
