Do not use yoshi parts

I have been trying to get bolts for my mini subframe for a while. Found yoshi parts and they claimed to be a great company, original oem parts with original packaging. What a complete lie. I ordered 20 bolts altogether, I told them I was in a massive rush after being messed around with 2 other companies. A few days after the order I received an email saying I needed to pay more for my order, because the parts I needed had changed and were more expensive.
Then i had another email another few days later saying that 2 of the orders were no longer made! SO TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE THEN!! And when the delivery arrives.. no original packaging, the box they put all the bolts is was made of tracing paper. Only 6 bolts arrived (taken out of there original packaging, and placed in rubbish plastic bags) which all broke during delivery. And only 6 bolts were left in the box by time it got to my house OUT OF 20!. After well over 2 WEEKS im still having no luck with customer service. Ignored on WhatsApp. Ignored on email. And now all of a sudden they take days to reply. Of course. ABSOLUTE COWBOYS

After reviewing your case, it appears that several issues happened, both human and system related, which led to the problems with your order and the delay in communication. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide.

We have already reached out to you to confirm the missing parts and arrange a reshipment at our expense or alternatively issue a refund if you prefer.

Separately, our team is also improving the packaging process at our Belgian warehouse to prevent similar issues in the future.

Please know that it is very important to us that our customers have a positive experience, even though from time to time some unfortunate situations may occur.

Super easy

Super easy, no messing about. My adviser Joseph was so quick to reply to emails and calls, which is a big plus! Would recommend them to anyone.
