Yoga teacher training in paradise
I took the 200 hour teacher training in Costa Rica from The Soma Yoga Institute. The teachers cultivated a warm and supportive environment to learn a lot of information in a short amount of time. This training balanced the fundamentals and spirituality of yoga, providing a solid foundation for me to teach yoga in the future.
