I absolutely loved my Virgin Voyage…
I absolutely loved my Virgin Voyages experience on the Valiant Lady! The staff was genuinely kind, attentive, and efficient from start to finish. My room attendant, Gusti, was fantastic—always on top of everything and making sure we were comfortable. At the Beach Club in Bimini, our server Justin was a ROCKSTAR! He worked long hours, much of it in the sun, yet kept a big smile the entire time and later served us again at the Center Bar. Having worked in food and beverage myself, I know how demanding that is, and he went above and beyond.
We also loved the Latin band, PLANV—they brought so much energy and fun! I’ve never been much of a cruiser, but Virgin completely blew me away. My only complaint was the app, as constant cancellations and re-bookings of dinner reservations were frustrating. Still, the crew made everything a dream. I can’t wait to sail again!
