Once again your couriers company GLS…
Once again your couriers company GLS has let you down. I received an email on Friday 29th to say they delivered my parcel at 1240pm. I was home all day and no parcel arrived. I could not co tact them until yesterday Monday 1st. They told me driver had delivered to wrong address and they would get driver to call me to redeliver. I told them that I ordered the clothes fir a holiday that I am going on tomorrow Wednesday 3rd Sept and I needed the clothes delivered before then. I have heard nothing since and now assume I am not going to have the parcel before I leave. GLS have let me down before with previous deliveries so I suggest you stop using them. Also ami I going to be compensated for the fact I don't have my new holiday clothes before I go. Very disappointed with their service as not only do I not have the package but I have had no follow up either.
