did not put clients interest first - promotions

we were not informed about the promotion that would have resulted in $8K to be added to our account. We were moving 2.4million,. JP Morgan had a promotion to add extra cash to account. Most of the remaining process was cut and dry and did not require much facilitation except to send us a prepaid envelope to mail the check. they could not expedite anything.
