Overall, Virgin Voyages has so much potential. The crew are the best part of the ship, the vessel is clean and modern, and the brand is bold and creative. But the actual experience left me bored and frustrated more often than not. The details and systems do not match the marketing. I would love to see Virgin at its best, so I hope improvements are made. Until then, I cannot recommend it confidently or book another sailing myself, but I will keep an eye on how things evolve
