Goods shipped to nowhere
I have been waiting for purchased goods for over than 17 days but still can not receive it. I can not even able to find where the goods has been shipped to.

However, we already discussed this issue today via email. The delivery is still on its way to Taiwan. I have also sent you the following link:

Deliveries from Germany to Taiwan and the associated delivery steps and customs clearance are still within a reasonable time frame. We have already automatically specified an approximate delivery date of August 29 in the order confirmation. I currently see no reason to rate the process negatively or to make a complaint.
