Fraud. Deception. Lies. Hell.

The advertised return fee of 8EUR is not true.
TropicFeel will deducated a massive 21EUR (totally unexplained) from your final refund.

The website is very clunky for a flashy brand. Very hard to use and actually buy things.

But the real fun starts when you start to return things. You must use the dreaded REVER service which doesn't interact well with TropicFeel's own website. This makes completing returns very disjointed.

Consequently TropicFeel will charge you for each item they refund or you 'exchange'.

Important: note this fee will come from a random company not affiliated to TropicFeel or REVER - so looks to be unauthorized and will be via an payment method you never agreed to i.e. if you paid creditcard, it will be via PayPal. Very sneaky.

The items themselves were pretty shoddy - the kind of backpack you'd see on a market stall. It's all hype and social media, nowhere near worth the hundreds of Euros they charge.

Don't ever return anything

Check the copy and paste reply. Clearly the irony is not lost.

You return, they don't refund.

You send seven emails to customer services, they ignore anything you say and copy and paste the same reply.

You say they have only partly refunded the order explaining nicely their mistake, they say that they have processed the refund so please stop moaning.

Lesson. You return it to boots, they don't refund.

Misleading claims

Claims it is invisible - leaves a detectable trace on skin (they actually claim this twice on their website - they protest too much)

Claims is made for men - it's foundation and will leave you with that 'egg with a wig on top' look

Hassle free refunds - no refund once you've tested it. They have you're money, they don't care
