My print arrived in a timely manner, and it was lovely, but the frame was damaged. Sophie was prompt and courteous and fixed the issue immediately. Excellent customer service! I think they would benefit from doing a better job with packaging their frames to avoid the problem that I experienced. Other than that, my experience was very good, and I look forward to purchasing more artwork from PSTR studio. Valerie
