It was fine at first. Then, a year later I had to go through lengthy and difficult process of confirming my identity. After that I requested two payouts with the oldest being on Sep 1 and the second on Sep 16. I have never received neither of those. Contacting “customer care” by the only mean available - email - resulted in autogenerated email with explanation how the payout process work and asking to contact customer care if I have not received my check within 2 weeks. Frustrating and disappointing

It was great while worked.
Now I’m really disappointed with this app. I’ve been trying to complete the ID verification for 3 weeks now, and it’s still stuck on “pending.” I uploaded my state ID multiple times, but nothing changes. Because of this, I can’t process a payout. Very frustrating experience, and support has not resolved the issue because there is no support.
