AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Nearly missed our plane on holiday because the third party didnt even turn up and when contacted they couldnt get hold of them. Finally we were able to get through and advised to make our own way or alternative route. If it wasnt for luck of an alternative company we wouldnt have made our holiday.
We booked the airplane lounge and they told us they reimbursed us for more then necessary really the company could count to work out that was only for half the booking and only refunded some of our group. Currently out of pocket because of their poor management and poor mathematic of counting numbers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO BE IUT OF POCKET!!

Unfortunately, the depot contracted to supply your vehicle has currently ceased trading and was an unforeseeable circumstance. As a gesture of goodwill, we issued a full refund and agreed to refund the receipt which was initially provided to us by the lead booker. We did not agree to also refund your airport lounge.
