Purchased a dash cam via Amazon, which arrived quickly.
Camera came with a cigarette lighter power cable, (my car does not have a cigarette lighter) and I requested a longer USB power cable almost 4 weeks ago. Customer services say the right things but action nothing. Poor after sales service.

Items are made in & shipped from China so how are they made by Veterans?
Quality is extremely poor (nothing like the photos) and even after they agreed a refund they did not honour that.
Do not purchase from this company.
The amount of bad reviews should give you an idea how bad they are.

I wish I had come onto this website before ordering. Photos on website look great, but what you get is extremely poor quality.
Like so many other reviewers I felt that it supported veterans. How can that be when they are made in China.
People know good quality and all the people taking the time to review it here cannot be wrong. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ELSEWHERE.
