Booking CTM Events for our wedding day
We booked CTM events to coordinate our wedding in September 2025. Charmaine and her team came with recommendation from our caterer who had worked with CTM events before on previous weddings. It was important for us to find a wedding coordinator who her experience managing large guest numbers, coordinating a Caribbean/African wedding and could be be the main contact for our dry hire venue.
From the moment we met Charmaine and her team we knew that it would be a good fit. Charmaine was knowledgeable about our wedding venue in North London and ahead of the wedding she liaised with our vendors to ensure that they were aware of the details for our wedding day.
Charmaine was always available to talk on the phone when we had questions and she made herself available to attend wedding rehearsal and meetings with the venue a couple of weeks before the wedding. Charmaine also scheduled regular meetings to ensure that we were up to date with sending her across necessary documents for the day, such as seating plan and event schedule.
On our wedding day, Charmaine went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day went well without a hitch. Charmaine and Anifa worked with our vendors on the day to ensure that they kept to our event schedule and timings. From the MCs, photographers to the caterers, CTM events made sure that everyone was aware of their responsibilities.
We had over 190 guests servinv a family food service and Charmaine and the team ensure a smooth delivery of all dishes in a timely manner. In particular we appreciated that on the day of the wedding that CTM events were flexible to adapt to moving components on the day. Charmaine was firm but fair to family members and guests who had additional requests and she made sure that our wants were the priority.
We enjoyed our wedding day and found it so relaxing and I know a huge part of that is down to the coordination of CTM events.
