We approached Woodpecker Joinery with a proposal for cooperation. Although there was initial interest on their side, the communication quickly came to a complete standstill – despite our repeated follow-ups and detailed materials provided. For several months we waited for a clear response, which never came.
Because of their silence, we lost potential customers who were interested in Victorian greenhouses but we were unable to offer them anything concrete. If this is how the company treats business partners, one has to wonder how they treat their end customers.
Such behavior is, in our view, highly unprofessional and unreliable.

Hello,
I appreciate that your business may have experienced frustration due to the time it took us to consider enrolling you as an overseas agent.
We give these decisions a lot of consideration and would expect this process to take a fair amount of time whilst we undertake our due diligence process. I think that if you needed to set up with a supplier with such urgency, we may not be the correct business for you.
I apologise if I did not convey during our meeting that we did not share the same ambitions regarding time scales and level of interest. Our current agenda does not include acquiring new overseas agents, and I appreciate that this may be why you feel underwhelmed by the level of attention we gave to your enquiry.
An accusation that we let you down and lost you customers is unfair and defamatory.
We had only a preliminary meeting regarding the potential supply of our products. At no point did we agree to enter into an agreement to supply to you, and therefore, we share no responsibility for your potential loss of customers. I recommend only promoting and marketing a product if you are convinced you have an assured supply chain in place.
Even if we had progressed further, we would not have expected to be able to supply you for quite some time, as we already have other commitments for both domestic and international installations.
I would ask you and your management to reconsider the above discussion from the point of view of both parties.
