eSim instruction is deficient

eSim purchasing process was smooth. However internet does not work on my phone after installation, even if I followed all the instructions. After talking to customer service for 15 minutes, they asked me to manually change the APN, which is not specified in the instructions, and then reboot phone. Only then the internet worked.
