Left me exhausted in tears

The very worst experience with horrible customer service. Ever since switching to Accredo 4 months ago, I have had to spend at least 2 hours on the phone with them each month while trying to get my medication. The customer service reps have no idea what they are doing or talking about and it is a never ending exhausting experience of running around in circles. I am switching back to a previous medication because the stress of dealing with them every month is not worth it. I have been so frustrated the last couple of months that it has led me to tears.

Review of GUESS

Refused to Fix Their Own Mistake

I had a terrible experience with G by GUESS at Coastland Mall. On July 14, 2025, I purchased a pair of shorts and confirmed with the cashier that if I later found my gift card, I could return the shorts and reapply the purchase to it. When I came back on July 16 with the gift card, the employee refunded the shorts incorrectly, onto the gift card instead of back to my credit card.

I understood mistakes happen, but the real problem began when no one would fix it. The store supervisor admitted they couldn’t help, customer service told me to file a credit card dispute, and even after months of back and forth, I was left without a resolution. I still have all my receipts proving what happened.

G by GUESS refuses to take responsibility for their mistake and made me jump through hoops for a simple refund. This is some of the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. Shoppers should know this company does not stand behind its promises or its sales.

Scam Company - check other review websites

Even though delivery time stated 2 to 5 business days, it took weeks to actually receive the product. I stated that I wanted to return the product and they told me I would have to pay for shipping. I received confirmation from the United States Postal Office that my return had been delivered. They said they will issue a refund within 7 to 10 business days. I have been in communication with them for weeks and I'm on day 24 with no refund. If you look online, there are several other occurrences of people getting scammed by this company.
