Left me exhausted in tears
The very worst experience with horrible customer service. Ever since switching to Accredo 4 months ago, I have had to spend at least 2 hours on the phone with them each month while trying to get my medication. The customer service reps have no idea what they are doing or talking about and it is a never ending exhausting experience of running around in circles. I am switching back to a previous medication because the stress of dealing with them every month is not worth it. I have been so frustrated the last couple of months that it has led me to tears.
