The vast majority of instructions and prompts are easy to follow. The few I had problems with had more to do with user error and slow internet for a brief period of time.

The app is easy to navigate, and the basics are there (meal selections, vital statistic tracking, etc.). The cost for a 6-month heart health program is cost effective and long enough for me to see results and determine if I should extend the program. I definitely will take up the offers of assistance should I need it for any reason. I have noticed a three or so areas that could use improvement/expansion. It would be nice if meals were put into specific categories for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In one week, I have been offered salads for breakfast on two occasions and beef steak 3 times for a lunch option. While I enjoy the occasional breakfast for dinner or steak and eggs for breakfast, I would prefer to go to a specific category to choose my meal option. That way all possible options for a specific meal category could be presented as a choice and if I want breakfast for dinner I can choose the breakfast category. another area that could be improved is the lifesty food choice categories. Each category should make it easier to opt out of a specific choice. For example, I am allergic to pine nuts, but no other nut options. Being able to say no to pine nuts would be great. This would greatly assist people with specific allergies or food aversions. It would also be nice to have a snack and/or dessert category to add options to. Lastely to date,I have seen very few soup or stew options in the lunch or dinner options.

I love the variety of products I can choose from to implement my designs for my store. The fact that there are often multiple choices within each category means I can choose products that stay within price points for my customers while still offering a quality finished product.
