Lack of Customer Support
I subscribed to CinemaFlow’s Pro plan and paid $179 expecting the credits that were advertised. Unfortunately, I never received the credits, and there was no effective customer support to resolve the issue. Emails went unanswered, and there’s no reliable way to contact their team.
For a company selling creative tools, this lack of accountability is very disappointing. If you’re considering subscribing, be aware you might pay a significant amount and get nothing in return. They need to fix their support system and honor what customers pay for.
