Customer service is very polite, but its very slow communication/response time. Its at least 24 hours before you receive a response, so you have to read and guess or figure out alot of stuff on your own. I wish each song on an album could be categorized individually for different genres. I have diverse music on each album, so some songs need to be listed as techno, classical, country, rock, or blues. However, it all has to be labeled as rock. So my music is not being targeted to all the right audiences. I dont think my analytics are accurate and I dont think they are pitching or promoting alot of my stuff. I think the commission is a bit high, but overall, I am pleased with my choice of picking tunecore as my distributor. Its early in the process but I am content with TC at this point. I recommend them.
