Returns issue bad experience

Bought a gold mirror online and click and collected from the ware house in little island. Upon opening the mirror for €140 it was Rose gold. Not what we ordered. We brought the mirror back to mahon point retail EZ living and the staff were rude and unhelpful. As in didn't want to do anything but to get rid of us. They had the exact mirrors on the walls we can't understand why even if we bought online why they can't take it back there and then and get a refund as the mirror wasn't even taken fully out of thr box and was packaged properly. EZ living aren't making it easy or much sence it the stores in our opinion should be able to deal with such an easy exchange. We contacted EZ living in little island and they were kind to us and were more helpful but if HR saw the behaviour of the staff in the retail park in mahon point they would be ashamed.
I hold a very high end career and wouldn't look or sub down to anyone it felt because we looked young they couldn't of given a toss.

Certainly not looking for anything but our money back and wouldn't buy from EZ living sales team retail park Mahon point.
