Order not received and no communication

I contacted Stox two weeks after placing my order, as I had not received the product or any dispatch notification. Another week has now passed, and I still haven't received an update. I'm recovering from a calf injury and thrombosis, and was relying on this product to support my recovery. It was a significant expense for me, and not receiving either the product or a refund has impacted my ability to purchase an alternative. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service.
Update: After my review I was contacted and received the socks after a few days. The socks are great for what I need, but there are clearly issues with the ordering/delivery process.
