I have been receiving emails from Botach for years but never purchased anything because of something in the back of my mind saying scam. I order a Vortex UH-1 2 weeks ago and some Lancer mags in stock and on sale. After a week I requested an order cancellation because of no movement. No response on my request. I guess they are competing with Optics Planet for worst place. I’m used to Primary Arms quality of service so my patience is thin for bad companies. For reference I ordered a BCM URG two days ago and it arrives today. One and done for me and Botach!

Update 2 October 2025: After 3 and a half weeks since placing my order the status is “drop ship ready”. I placed my 3rd email regarding my order, It was my second asking to cancel my order. I received a response stating that my order is in the process of being cancelled. I have no idea how their rating is 4.1.

I don’t have a problem with your service at all. The vendor on the other hand was rude when contacted. The item showed a shipping label created for 5 days before movement. When questioned on the status of my order they asked if I had sent the FFL’s information when in fact they already had it. When I told them that I was confused by their question their responses became increasingly rude. They didn’t bother investigating my question they went straight to their lazy go to response.
