Review of Aircall

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

This company commits fraud at scale

Fairly sure this company is a fraudulent scam from top to bottom. We received a hefty 4-figure bill halfway into our year contract out of the blue. Turns out our account was "compromised" and 5 seats were added to our subscription without our consent. The resolution? Sorry, that sucks, we're keeping your money. Who is taking the time out of their day to add seats to a VOIP account? No one. They're hoping you wont notice and even if you do, you're out the money. Reported to the FTC as a fraudulent organization.
