CodeYoung and its hollow promisese

I had opened a review on this site on August 6th , so everyone could see the performance of CodeYoung and their promises.

I got a reply once I posted on your site to contact support of CodeYoung. 2 months and still I am I the same boat, money paid but no classes since 5 months , 2 mentors have taken a review and found the kid has been taught what he was supposed to and no manager is ready to come online

I hope they have some marketing or review manager who would see this and take a look at our case.

Again HORRIBLE customer support , you cannot connect with anyone and you will not get any reply soon. If you want to pay , pay them one class at a time so you get the value you paid for.

Once they receive the money it’s all hollow and the point where they say that you will be refunded, it will never happen.

Hi,

This is in reference to my review I wrote on the internet about Support.

I have been waiting for 6 weeks to hear back from the Management. Every rep who comes online states the same thing they will call you. I have my son in 2 of your courses but no one will call me .. I will be on chat with you representatives .... like now as i type with Arjun for the past 25 minutes and no response, I spoke to Divya. Other people I have spoken to on chat are Rahil, Amudha and many more in the last 6 weeks.

I am left with no options BUT put the copy of Chats on the internet (which I do not want to do but I am forced to as my ticket has been open since June 2025)

Customer support is horrible

Customer support is horrible, you will never get a Manager or Supervisor to talk to.

A ticket can be opened and it will go on for months while your child looses his classes.

Think before you join , there are many others online classes available.
