Review of HC GB Services
HCGB took over management of our Exeter building eight months ago. Our RSM (Emily) is really fantastic- excellent communicator, proactive, respectful and a consummate professional. Lots of timely updates about property issues or needs. The property had some challenges before HCGB took over that are still being worked on (most significantly a lift with lots of issues), so I’ll reserve judgement on that. Their tenant app is great for filing/tracking maintenance issues. The app’s tracking of rent payments sometimes isn’t timely but that is an issue apparently being worked on.
