Kind and generous company

Having a lot of success with hypnotherapy but couldn’t afford it. Clear Minds reached out with both a very sympathetic personal note and allowed me some space to try to adjust my finances. This company is the most personal I’ve ever come across and it’s made up of some very fine individuals. Who can find those qualities in this day and age?

It’s a 90% win

I concentrated on the binge eating series and have played them all several times over many months. It’s been a success in that my binge eating has slowed down substantially. It’s also positively affected my appetite. I still have the ptsd response of open mouth/insert food, that is ingrained. I’m very low income and can’t afford to pursue but have appreciated the good hearted efforts by the company to help me with that.

Well done to you for focusing on the binge eating topic and listening regularly - repetition is key to success. It sounds as if you have changed your habits in a major way and 90% is a great result. You should congratulate yourself on this - we can give you the tools but you have committed to listening. Do be kind to yourself - these habits are formed over time and we need to give them time to change. It's so good that you are noticing the differences along the way, so do keep going.
