Fantastic from start to finish

From start to finish, the service from Kitchen Craft Design was absolutely brilliant.

I found them online as an official reseller for the Siemens Studioline range, and they offered a fantastic multi-buy price on the oven and hob I wanted. The entire process was seamless, and the communication from Tia and Robyn was excellent. They were incredibly patient with me while I double-checked my measurements, particularly for the oven, and they never made me feel rushed.

I was able to pay a deposit while the items were ordered, and they kept me well-informed every step of the way.

When it came to the installation, the service was seamless. The fitters from Linacre Electrical collected the oven and hob from Kitchen Craft Design and brought them directly to my home. This was a huge relief and a great part of the overall service.

I'm so pleased with my new oven and hob and the reassuring service I received. I could have bought these items from another online retailer, but they seemed a little too pushy, and I didn't feel as confident in them as I did with Kitchen Craft Design. I'm glad I chose them and would highly recommend their service. I will be posting a separate review for Linacre Electrical, as their service was also excellent.

Prompt Service

I had to contact Creation Finance to sort out a refund for an item that was never recieved.
Creation quickly ruled in my favour and provided the full refund and I'm very pleased with how quickly this was resolved. If I waited for the supplier to refund the money I'm 99% certain I would still be getting fobbed off.

Avoid, worst company I have ever dealt with

Like many other people on here I pre-ordered the Milky Plant Plus machine in Jan 2025.
In April I was encouraged to pay the remaining £240 to secure my delivery for June 2025. At the time it was expected to be delivered I was out of the country so asked if my order could be delayed until my return. This didn't seem to be an issue, so when I returned I emailed and it was only then I was told the machine would now be shipping in July (at the time I wondered if they had sold the machine I was expecting due to me being away).
Early July became mid July, then it became late July.
It's now August with no proper delivery date given, despite constant emails stating shipping was starting and I would definitely have my Milky Plant Plus machine in a few days.
The key thing is each time I had to chase Milky Plant for updates on my delivery while they seemed more interested in posting on social media and actively deleting any comments questioning where the machines were.
At this point in time enough is enough, they are treating customers who have paid a lot of money upfront for these machines like idiots and an inconvenience.
Any emails to Milky Plant in the last week have gone unanswered (I don't even get a auto reply) which feels like my emails are being filtered out as an email sent from a different address got the auto reply along with another generic '3-5 days' delivery.
No email replies have ever addressed the issues raised and I feel stupid for having fallen for the social media engineering which is clearly taking place with this company.
It appears we are paying for them to send free products to influencers in return for glowing reviews in order to generate more sales for themselves to fund trips to the 'factory' in China.

You placed your trust in us when you pre-ordered the Milky Plant Plus and paid in full, and we have not met the standard you expected — and deserve — in return. The repeated delays, vague updates, and having to chase us for information are absolutely not acceptable, and we take full responsibility for that.

To clarify one important point: no free Milky Plant Plus units have been sent to influencers. Any claims suggesting otherwise are inaccurate. We have not prioritised social media marketing over fulfilling customer orders, and we’re sorry it has felt that way. While we’ve been working through significant production and logistics challenges, our first priority remains delivering to the people who have supported us from the beginning — like you.

Regarding the lack of recent replies, we’ve experienced a high volume of inquiries and are working to catch up, but that’s no excuse for leaving any messages unanswered. If your emails haven’t received even an automated response, that’s a technical issue on our side, and we’re currently investigating it.

We understand that you’re at the end of your patience, and if you would prefer to receive a full refund rather than wait any longer, we will of course honour that immediately. Please let us know your preference, and we’ll act without delay.

We deeply regret how this has unfolded and are working hard to correct it. Thank you again for your feedback — we hear you, and we’re committed to doing better.

I have brought lots of bags and…

I have brought lots of bags and accessories from ThreePeaks and I'm always happy with the quality of the products.
I recently got the compression bags and even without using a pump to extract the air it's possible to compress clothing by just rolling.
Lovely lightweight and comfortable bags too.

We have the Lager and IPA on a subscription and it's one of the nicest non alcholic beers available.
The only thing that stops me ordering more is that it's a little on the expensive side.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company. I ordered a Springfree 10ft trampoline and knew it was out of stock when I ordered, even with the long delay I was kept informed all along the way.
It was refreshing to find a company that didn't need to be chased on the status of the order all the time.
I definitely recommend Be Active toys as they go above and beyond.
