All the interactions we had with the employees on-site were amazing and both pick-up and return of the van passed without issues. I especially like the very extensive online portal that guides through both the steps at pick-up and what has to be done before returning the car. Overall it was a very pleasant and transparent experience and I'd love to rent from them again.
